By accessing and using workflow-config ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and workflow-config ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

workflow-config is a web-based application that enables users to:

• Design and create multi-agent workflows visually
• Configure agent behaviors, tools, and feedback loops
• Generate workflows using AI-powered natural language descriptions
• Export workflows as executable packages for Claude Code CLI
• Store and manage workflow projects in the cloud

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating with Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Logging out from your account at the end of each session

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the workflows, agents, documents, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service
• Display your User Content within your account

4.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Free and Pro Tiers

We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro Tier"). Feature limitations and pricing are detailed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5.2 Billing and Renewals

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Usage quotas (AI generations, modifications) reset monthly
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except as required by law.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to renewals after the notice period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or security testing
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate spam, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 AI Features

Our AI-powered workflow generation uses OpenAI's API. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the quality or correctness of AI outputs
• Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the workflows and content you create, whether generated manually or through AI assistance. Ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

8.3 Beta Features

Some features may be offered as beta or experimental. These features are provided "as is" without warranties and may be changed or removed at any time.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you include in your workflows complies with applicable privacy laws.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantees

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any third-party content, actions, or services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Providing the Service becomes impractical or unlawful

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and User Content after termination, though some data may persist in backups for a limited time.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
